"Customer service shouldn’t be this hard to reach"
I had a really hard time getting customer service to respond. When they did reply, it was slow, and I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic help with my order. that doesn’t feel right. If a company takes your money, they should be willing to help without making you jump through hoops. It made the whole situation way more stressful than it needed to be, and I’m disappointed.

"Couldn’t Find What I Needed Either Time"
I’ve stopped in twice now trying to pick up the equipment I needed, and both times they were out of stock. The first time I figured it was just bad timing because I was already in the area running a couple errands, but the second time was frustrating. I ended up having to look elsewhere, which was annoying since I was hoping to get it taken care of that day.

"Replacement parts were harder to find than I expected"
I’ve ordered from Direct Home Medical before and it was fine, so I figured getting replacement parts would be straightforward. It ended up being more frustrating than I expected, though. A few things were either showing out of stock or just not listed at all, so I kept having to check back and guess whether they were ever going to come back in.
Customer service was polite, but from the tone of the replies, I got the feeling they didn’t really have a solid answer either. They weren’t rude or anything, just kind of vague, which isn’t super helpful when it’s medical equipment and you actually need the parts soon. Overall, not a terrible site, but definitely not as smooth as I hoped.

To be fair, the package did eventually arrive, but the tracking was basically useless the whole time. It never updated and kept showing like the package was nowhere, so I had no idea what was going on.

I had a problem with my order and it ended up taking more emails than I expected to get it sorted out. Anyway, they did eventually fix it, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the whole process felt slow and a bit frustrating.

I waited days for a response from email support, and when they finally replied, it didn’t help at all. What was the point of making me wait if they weren’t going to actually answer my question?

I gave them another shot with a second order, but it was a letdown. I felt kind of pressured to order again because the first time was okay, but this one just didn’t go well. I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

I ordered a CPAP mask from directhomemedical.com, but the fit was just not right for me lol. It leaked through the night and felt uncomfortable, so I didn’t get much good sleep with it. I just wish the sizing info had been a little clearer before ordering.

"Prescription part was way more annoying than expected"
I thought ordering would be straightforward, since I mean, if they ask for a prescription and you send it, that should kind of be the end of it. But it turned into this whole back-and-forth thing where I kept getting emails saying they didn’t have it or something wasn’t right, even though I had already sent what they asked for.
It dragged on longer than it should have, and I never really got a clear answer about what was happening. I had to keep checking on it myself, which got old fast. Maybe it works fine if everything lines up perfectly, but in my case the prescription thing held up the whole order and it was just frustrating.

I didn’t really know what I was being charged for until after the fact. The billing details felt kind of tucked away, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really clear things up much. Maybe I missed something, but still... I don’t think I’d use them again

I was able to order what I needed, but the site wasn’t exactly easy to use. The weird part is, it technically works fine, but finding things took way longer than I expected because the categories weren’t very clear and a few pages loaded slowly. Checkout itself was okay once I got there, but getting to that point felt more clunky than it should have

"I just didn’t feel totally comfortable trusting it"
I went into it hoping everything would feel straightforward, but the more I looked into ordering, the less confident I felt. Some of the information seemed a little unclear to me, and I kept finding myself wondering if the whole process was actually reliable or if I was missing something important. Maybe it works perfectly fine for other people and they’ve had a better experience, but for me personally, I just didn’t feel fully safe or reassured enough to go through with it. By the end, I had that uneasy feeling where you’re not necessarily saying something is definitely wrong, but you also don’t feel good about taking the risk.

"Stock info was totally off"
I ordered because the site said the item was in stock, then a few days later I get told it’s not actually available. No clear update, no real timeline, nothing. I needed it quickly, so waiting around just to find that out was really frustrating. They seriously need to keep the inventory info on the site accurate.

The site itself works fine, but uh, the prices just didn’t really feel worth it to me. I ended up finding the same stuff cheaper somewhere else, so I probably won’t order again unless there’s a sale.

"Pretty disappointing packaging"
My order did arrive, and thankfully the item inside was okay, but the packaging made me uneasy. The box was crushed on one side and barely taped shut, which is not what I expected for something medical-related. It looked like it had been packed in a hurry, and that was frustrating. I’m relieved nothing was damaged, but the whole thing just didn’t feel very careful or professional...

I’m still waiting to hear back from warranty support, and it’s been frustrating. I remember feeling relieved when I first bought it, thinking the warranty would give me some peace of mind if anything went wrong. Now that I actually need help, the waiting has really taken the shine off that feeling.

The product pages had some helpful info, but I still felt like I was guessing on sizing and compatibility. I had to go look things up elsewhere before I felt okay placing the order, which is kind of annoying. Also, the terms seemed to change or be worded differently depending on where I looked, so that didn’t exactly make me more confident. Overall, not as helpful as it should’ve been.
